How it works

See how to sign up and follow your project on our platform.

The platform

Four steps to get your application going

From creating your account to tracking your application, everything happens in one place.

  1. Step 1 : Create your account

You choose your profile — student, parent, university or landlord — and create your account.

  2. Step 2 : Complete your profile and documents

Academic record, CEFR language levels, preferred countries and budget. Your PDF documents stay in your library.

  3. Step 3 : Get programmes and apply

The platform suggests programmes with their match score. You apply by attaching the documents requested.

  4. Step 4 : Track your application and look for housing

You follow the status of each application and look for housing near your university.

Four profiles

Choose your profile

Students, parents, universities and landlords do not have the same needs: each has an account of their own.

  • Student

Create your profile, see the programmes that fit you and track your applications in one place.

  • Parent

Follow your children's projects from a single account.

  • University

Publish your programmes and receive complete applications.

  • Landlord

Offer your housing to the students arriving close to where you are.

Tracking

The statuses of an application

Every application goes through a sequence of statuses, visible from your account.

  1. New

Your application has just been sent, with the documents the programme asked for.

  2. Under review

The institution is reviewing your application.

  3. More information needed

    Possible step

You are asked for clarifications or extra documents before the decision.

  4. Accepted

    Possible outcome

Your application has been accepted by the institution.

  5. Rejected

    Possible outcome

Your application has not been accepted. You can apply to other programmes.

Students and parents are notified by email and in the app at every change of status.

Common questions about the platform

Short answers to the questions we are asked most often.

Who can create an account?
The platform is open to four profiles: student, parent, university and landlord. Each has an account of its own.
Do I have to send my documents again for every application?
No. Your PDF documents stay in your library and you attach them to your applications from your account.
Can one parent follow several children?
Yes. A parent account manages up to five child profiles, with their documents, their applications and their housing requests.
How does the housing search work?
You look for housing near your university from your account. Your request is then handled by the Success Study administration.
